    Thanks to L'Eglantine, I've gotten off to a good start with Parisian cuisine this time around in the capital.  A simple and tasty menu, on point selection of wines, and a lively atmosphere that went on through midnight, had me thinking less about jet lag and more about how much I love French cuisine, especially in great company.
